  1. I have mixed feelings about the dog vest. My dog is an outside dog so she has her full winter coat and is used to the cold. The most important thing is to make sure they have a place to get out of the water and stay dry. I have seen situations where the vest will get caught on a stick or a limb and mess the dog up.
